Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Arcscribe Receptionist, or any number we provide, to:

• make outbound marketing or sales calls, or send marketing texts to people who have not asked for them;
• break any law, including data protection, consumer protection and communications law;
• harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone;
• pretend that the AI assistant is a person, or tell it to say so;
• handle emergency calls as a substitute for the emergency services;
• resell, sublet or share the number or the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend the service straight away if we reasonably believe it is being misused, and we'll tell you why. If the misuse is serious or repeated, we may end the service under our Terms of Service.
